GoodLife Fitness extends partnership with Funxtion across digital programming and member experience

Toronto / Amsterdam, 24th February 2026, GoodLife Fitness, one of Canada’s largest fitness operators serving approximately 1.5 million members across more than 400 clubs nationwide, has extended its long-term partnership with Funxtion following a competitive RFP process.
Following a comprehensive review of digital partners, GoodLife selected Funxtion to continue powering its member-facing digital platform, combining deep operational integration with scalable digital programming to enhance the member experience across its network.
At the core of the partnership is a fully integrated digital ecosystem. Funxtion supports GoodLife’s member-facing platform with deep integration into Exerp (MMS), enabling bookings and club check-ins, while delivering structured digital programming through its content infrastructure. The platform also manages premium content partnerships, including Les Mills, with further integrations evolving alongside GoodLife’s innovation roadmap.
Today, more than one million GoodLife members actively use the platform, and approximately 32 percent follow a structured digital training plan, clear evidence that connected, guided programming is embedded within the modern club ecosystem.
Through its combined digital platform and content capabilities, Funxtion supports GoodLife in delivering:
• Structured digital programming at scale
• Deep integration with Exerp (MMS) for bookings and club check-ins
• Management and distribution of premium content partnerships, including Les Mills
• Seamless in-club and mobile member journeys
• Ongoing platform development aligned to GoodLife’s innovation strategy
Nad Myan, VP of Innovation & Corporate Growth at GoodLife Fitness, said:
“Following a comprehensive RFP process, we chose to extend our partnership with Funxtion based on the strength of the platform, the engagement we’re seeing from our members, and the team’s ability to evolve with our digital ambitions. With over one million members actively using the platform and strong adoption of structured digital plans, continuing this partnership was a natural decision.”
Ernst de Neef, CEO of Funxtion, said:
“We’re proud that GoodLife selected Funxtion following a competitive RFP process. This extension reflects the strength of our technology, the depth of our operational integration, and our shared commitment to enhancing the member experience at scale. Together, we will continue digitalising the member journey and delivering connected experiences across the full club ecosystem.”
The renewed agreement reinforces Funxtion’s position as a long-term digital partner to leading global operators and highlights GoodLife’s continued investment in innovation across its member experience and digital infrastructure.
